About Us

Ryan and Ruth Montgomery are a husband and wife team that make up Ryan Montgomery Photography.

As well as photographing weddings throughout the Uk and Ireland we provide portraits in our modern Portadown Studio and on location.

Things about us:

Ruth loves the beach and windy days, She loves pavlova but only if it’s perfect and started photographing Weddings alongside Ryan because he told her there would be the chance of Wedding Cake – there wasn’t but Ruth loves Weddings so continues to shoot them anyway…

Ryan likes bbq food but hates eating outdoors, He collects old film cameras and regularly uses them and if a camera doesn’t work he won’t keep it ("cameras are tools, not decorations"). When Ryan orders anything from the internet he asks them to draw a picture on the box. Most of the time they do and this makes him very happy!

Ruth and Ryan have three wonderful children (Ryan likes to say they have two wonderful children and one that's ok, he doesn't mean it though!). They both love to surf, and love watching boxed sets of TV series (House, Greys Anatomy, prison break etc.).
